Balfour at Riverfront Park, a senior living community in the heart of downtown Denver, was presented with multiple Gold Awards and an Innovation Award at ceremonies during the annual National Association of Home Builders International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.
At the Best in American Living Awards, Balfour won Gold in the Senior Living category.
“Those who become BALA recipients join an esteemed group of the most talented home building professionals, many of whom are continually driving our industry toward new heights of creativity and ingenuity,” said Heather McCune, 2015 BALA subcommittee co-chair.
Balfour at Riverfront also won both Gold and Innovation awards in the Best 55+ CCRC Community category during the Best of 55+ Housing Awards, the industry’s only national awards program honoring excellence in building, design, lifestyle and marketing of housing that appeals to boomers and beyond.
“There are hundreds of new senior living communities opening every year across the nation, and to be honored in this way by such a prestigious organization as the NAHB is a great testament to Balfour at Riverfront Park, the latest Balfour Senior Living development,” said Michael Schonbrun, CEO and founder of Balfour Senior Living. “Balfour at Riverfront Park is providing seniors with an exciting and forward-looking lifestyle in the heart of Denver, one of America’s most beautiful and dynamic cities.”
Balfour at Riverfront Park, located at 15th and Little Raven Street, is across from Commons Park at the base of the iconic Millennium Bridge. The community provides independent living, assisted living and memory care in a setting that combines the amenities of a four star hotel with the comforts of a carefully designed residential setting.
