With the help of one of the victims, the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office has released a composite sketch of the alleged suspect in two indecent-exposure cases that occurred last week near East Iliff Avenue and the High Line Canal Trail, in the vicinity of where a teenager was sexually assaulted last month.
The suspect has been described as a white man, possibly 18 to 20 years old. According to victims, he appeared to be between 5 feet 7 and 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighed about 130 pounds. He had brown hair and was wearing a dark blue or black sweatshirt and either sweatpants or blue jeans.
Both victims said they have frequently used the High Line Canal and had not seen the man before the April 2 incidents, according to the sheriff’s office.
Investigators are unsure if the indecent-exposures suspect is the same person who assaulted a teen jogger on March 27, though the descriptions are similar. The teen fought off her attacker and escaped without serious injury.
