A sea of women in hats revealing their fashion attitude gathered for a sold-out luncheon to honor creative women. Awards bestowed by a panel of fashion experts included “Vintage Beauty,” a silver stunner worn by Tonya Cooper-Davis. In addition to Platinum sponsors Jim and Kristin Bender, enthusiastic supporters were inspired to give to the first of its kind endowment, Women’s Voices Fund, allowing the Denver Center for the Performing Arts to foster the work of women playwrights and directors. Funds raised since 2005 have topped $1.3 million.
