Man’s vision for nonprofit center comes true… but sometimes struggles

City Center Community, the corner storefront overlooking the amphitheater at City Center Englewood, is not your typical business for a bustling area adjacent to a light rail station. There are no handheld computer devices on display or gourmet coffees for sale.

Instead, a couch of people sit around watching a DVD on a big screen while their kids grab a bag of popcorn and head to
