Greenwood Village dives into laundry list of capital improvements

The Greenwood Village City Council study session Aug. 20 was a deep dive into infrastructure improvement projects and their relationship to the rural heritage of the city. At the center of discussion, at which no votes were taken, was how to structure the funding of the maintenance facility. The on-going debate on project priorities yielded the request for city staff to develop a master plan approach for how to handle bike lanes and two-wheel traffic in the Village.
