Dee Tidwell’s Tech Performance Center in Greenwood Village is equipped with more than dumbbells and golf clubs. Tidwell’s knowledge of human physiology coupled with his experience separate this specialized training facility from the typical gym.
Both individual and small-group training sessions are available at Tech Performance Center.
In 1993, Tidwell came to Colorado after graduating from California State University. Armed with a degree in exercise physiology, he decided to open his own workout center in Highlands Ranch, eventually relocating to the Denver Tech Center
